大晦日に惑星パレード

7惑星と月が一度に確認出来るのが次は39年後 生きて見る事は出来ません。肉眼では5惑星が確認可能でしたが火星、木星以外はアプリで確認しないと分からない状態しかし何か惑星のパワーを頂いたようで来年の飛躍台にしたいです。

大晦日ラン

22年も終わってしまいます。今年は仕事も落ち着いた平凡な生活が続いて退屈な1年でした。来年は兎年まだまだ世界に飛びたいです。 ランニングがほぼウォークに変わりました。 11月は痛風で目標100kmを達成出来ず。 年間では1292km.1200km越したので良しとしましょう。

例年作る新年リースです。毎年変わり映えしませんね〜

惑星パレード

12月20日ごろから31日ごろまで、夕方の空に水星から海王星まで7惑星が全部見える。惑星パレード、25日以降は月も見ることができる。 タイミングは日の入りの30分後から1時間後くらいの約30分間。これより早いと空が明るいため南西の水星や南の海王星が見づらく、反対にこれより遅いと水星や金星が沈んでしまう。「ステラナビゲータ」や各種モバイルアプリで位置をよく確認して観察。天王星と海王星を見るには少なくとも双眼鏡が必要だが、残りの5惑星（月）は肉眼で見える。明日が最終日

パラサイト

韓国映画、アカデミー賞受賞した映画でみたいと思っていたがコロナ禍で行けなかった、昨晩TV放送で鑑賞。半地下生活の家族がみんなで高級家庭に上手く雇われるが乗っ取り始める頃からヒヤヒヤ、少し顛末が強引すぎるが面白い映画でした。

『パラサイト 半地下の家族』は、2019年の韓国のブラック・コメディスリラー映画。監督はポン・ジュノ、脚本はジュノとハン・ジンウォンが務め、ソン・ガンホ、イ・ソンギュン、チョ・ヨジョン、チェ・ウシク、パク・ソダムらが出演する。 第72回カンヌ国際映画祭では韓国映画初となるパルム・ドールの受賞を果たした。

後4km

今月目標100km迄後4kmです。先月達成出来ず今月も苦しかった。長引く痛風なんとか今月は達成して今年を終えたいものです。

正月を生ける

南天、タマサンゴ、ヤシ、クロガネモチの葉を大きく生ける、クロガネモチが重すぎて剣山が支えきれません、3個の剣山を使いました。

体調戻らず

昨晩痛風のおかげで右足くるぶしが昨晩痛みだし明け方唸ってました。なんでこんなに痛いの？と言う位痛くてたまりませんでした、明け方痛み止めを飲んで痛みがなくなり年末の高齢者宅訪問、明日から天気が下り坂　暖かい今日回るしか無いと回って来ました。

いつもジョギングする公園体育館、各種大会や練習に有名高校から来てますが昨日はこんなバスが来てました。

クルシミマスウォーク

晴れのち曇りなんの変わり映えしないクリスマスです。まあ信仰的に関係ないですけどね、今月はなんとか100km行けそうです。

ようやく紅葉

ミニ盆栽の銀杏の鉢植えを作ってますが、室内に置いているため中々紅葉しません、ここ数日の寒波到来でようやく紅葉が始まりました。

クリスマスイブウォーク

寒波が来ているのでホワイトクリスマスになるかな？と思ってましたが残念、冷え込みだけで雪は止みました。新潟の友人のところは80cm積もってるそうです。

校区子育てサロン

校区子育てサロン月2回ペース公民館で行われています。今日は雪降る中参加者はいないと思ってましたが5組11人の参加がありました。子供達は寒さもものともせず楽しいひとときを過ごしてました。

冬至ウォーク

冬至、さあ今日から日が長くなるぞー、シンビジュームも咲きました。しかし公園も寒かったですね〜耳あて、ネックウォーマーもつけてのウォーキング 今日民生委員の定例会でした、危うく代表会長になりそうでした。危ない危ない。

イエロータキシード

昨日知人から熱帯魚のグッピー、イエロータキシードを頂いた、夏にメダカを上げたお返しです。熱帯魚は色々飼いましたがグッピーは初めてかな？メダカより簡単そうです。雌親1匹と稚魚8匹います。増えるかな？

冬至前ウォーク

昨日なんだか日が長くなって来た様な気がしました。しかしまだ冬至は22日で一番日が短いんですね、なんとなく夕方の日が明るく感じました。まだまだ今から冬本番です、昨日は訃報をあちこち連絡していたら古い友人と話し込み4時間近く話しすっかり明け方になりました。

先輩の訃報

今日は先輩の訃報が届きました。若い頃大変お世話になった先輩です。昨年韓国でランニング中脳梗塞で倒れられた連絡を受け1年半闘病、回復を願ってましたが残念です。悪い事ばかりやっていた時の上司で仕事から生き方、ＱＣの基礎を教えて頂いた先輩です。もう一度会って話しをしたかったです。

寒空ウォーク

ここ2〜3日天気も悪く寒いのでウォーキング中断、目標達成に黄色信号です、夕方交通整理もあるため昼にウォーク。でも寒いです。今日はミサゴのつがいが青空を舞っていました。

サッカーW杯決勝

１ヶ月のW杯が幕を閉じた、決勝はアルゼンチン対フランス、決勝に相応しい素晴らしい試合でした。日本のドイツ、スペインを破り決勝トーナメント進出も感動したが決勝の試合もフランスの追いつきは感動でした。しかしこの大会PKが多かった、各チームの力が均衡しているからでしょう。と言う事は以前も書いたがPKの練習が大事だと言う事、前回はキーパーの攻め方を書いたが今回はキッカーについて。データ分析すると左右上コーナーが一番キーパーが止めれない事が出ています。キッカーはゴール上にボールが浮き上がることを怖がり蹴れないらしいが浮かない技術や練習をしなくては行けないのでは、試合でもいいシュートが打てても浮き上がるボールがよくある、浮き上がらない回転をつける技術を身につけてほしい。

パミリア

久留米シティプラザにて演劇を観て来ました。外国人介護師の問題をテーマにした演劇パミリア。施設での介護師を日本の小郡地域で実際にやっていたフィリピン人のジェッサさんが日本での介護経験と筑後弁を駆使して80分の長いパフォーマンスを観客から選んだ患者と共演する劇、外国人介護師には様々な問題があるので考えさせられる事も沢山有りましたが監督、演出家は何を言いたいのかかが今ひとつ分かりませんでした。有名な演出家だったらしく客席は満席でした。

初雪クリーン作戦

初雪の中クリーン作戦、地域のゴミ拾いゴミ拾いの間が一番雪が降って大変でした。今回は子ども会のクリスマス会も開催され子どもさん達の参加が多かったですね〜

ラーメン八感

病み上がり、調子に乗ってラーメン屋さんに行きました。濃厚豚骨ラーメンですがあっさりを注文、美味しいです、お客さまもひっきりなしで来ています。行列までは出来ませんが筑後ではトップクラスの味です。スープも飲み干したいくらいですが我慢します。
